For people opting to earn online from homes, the greatest disadvantage I think is the presence of frauds which are galore over the net and increasing by the day.

I have held a lot of work at home jobs over the past 6 or 7 years and I have NEVER paid for any of them. There are lots of good reputable companies out there that you can work for. Most of the time when a company asks you to pay them so that you can work for them you can almost guarantee that it's a scam.

I could write reams and reams about scam sites. One of them promised me millions ( I was the fool to believe them ) and once they gave me a URL after they got my money, they stopped answering my emails.
Another one again promised me work - took a little bit of money and then all I got was a list of URL's which were redundant aand fairly useless Thumb rule - as you said - do not pay upfront. _______________ |

There really are a lot of sites that have you pay for lists of URL's that you can easily find on your own if you're willing to look around for them. However, there are also a lot of sites that will pay you for legitimate work. My best advice is that once you find a job that doesn't require you to pay for it that you ask around to find out how legitimate it is and what others have to say about it.

It is interesting that these sites keep getting listed but at the same time I also think that it's good for those who are looking for legit work at home because if they see this information enough hopefully it'll eventually click.

Once when I started looking for any sites that would tell me about other sites that are ripping people off - I was amazed to see that the same people who had built bad sites , built so called "review sites " where they gave their own URL's a thumbs up. So once again you almost got snared into their trap.

It is hard to believe that some people would actually point their own fingers at themselves. I simply cannot understand how you could be telling people about fraudulant sites and pointing the finger at yourself at the same time. I hope someone can understand what I mean.

I've been searching for online jobs for a year and met lot of scams. Though I have not wasted a single penny, I've lost much of my time in these scams.
Here is two of my most recent scams which I've met. 1. Surfjunky.com was one. I spent around 30 hours on it and came to know it was a scam. 2. 99discounts.com said that it'll give a data conversion job worth many for free, if they register with their affiliates and refer more people to their site. I did this, registered with 6 sites. refferred 20 people. But, it saidthat it would announce results but didn't. Now the website is completely changed. |

The very best way to earn money online is to be in control of what you do yourself. In my humble opinion-it is best to make your own sites and promote good products that a-you believe are good products, b-you have a personal interest in that product, c- Do your background checks to ensure you find a good sponsor to promote that does not shave and will actually pay you your commition! If you have a skill you want to charge for-make yourself a site-Promoting You and that skill to find clients. A little tip for weeding out scams and to help you find good sponsors. Lets say You find a great sponsor called abc123. The very first thing you should do is- google their name. Search the results carefully to find evidence that other people have reported on the net that they are a scam or bad to work with. If it is a scam-you can bet that someone-somewhere has posted this info on the net.

There is no point in paying for the work we are executing.
It is a waste of money and our energy. We are doing our work in our own expenses, and are at every risk of rejection, so we should not pay anymore to this fraud companies. _______________ |

RSS is a format for syndicating news and the content of news-like sites, including major news sites like Wired, news-oriented community sites like Slashdot, and personal weblogs. But it's not just for news. Pretty much anything that can be broken down into discrete items can be syndicated via RSS: the "recent changes" page of a wiki, a changelog of CVS checking, even the revision history of a book. Once information about each item is in RSS format, an RSS-aware program can check the feed for changes and react to the changes in an appropriate way. | |
